He has always had an interest in helping small business owners succeed and his mix of education and experience, specifically in the area of systematization of business processes, knowledge of industry best practices and the perspective of the challenges of starting and growing a small business, provides a good foundation for his current role in coaching owners and managers of small & medium size businesses.
